We made our “TERI CRYO” ionic liquid concentrate with a combination of ions for the natural fibre dyeing process. In the Natural fibre dyeing process, ion-charged liquids can perform the equivalent function of salt (a catalyst).

Teri Cryo made with combination of ions. Where Water as carrier. No chemicals used on charging ions.

Cotton dyeing Process get ions from Teri Cryo Dosing for Exhaustion of Dyes. Teri cryo replace salt which used as catalyst on Dyeing process.

After completion of Dyeing Process , when killing process active by Dosing Acetic acid all ions from Teri cryo are Vanished. No more Residuals on outbath from Teri cryo.

Same GPL-TERI CRYO ionic liquid concentration to be diluted in RO water in a 1:11 ratio and dosed in the same gpl of salt for lab machines and soft/air flow machines.
Dyeing cotton consists of exhaustion and fixation functions.Conventional gsalt as a catalyst in the dyeing process generates ions in chemical equilibrium. As always, it needs expertise and experience. Exhaustion of dyes under gsalt may impact levelling issues when it is not handled in a good ._ _ _
In the case of teri-cryo-dosed dyeing, it nullifies chemical equilibrium, and the required ions are dosed directly. Required ion for the dyeing process dosed by Teri Cryo, and it vanished all exhaustion issues.
